  • Value Stream Map was built
  • System of critical indicators of products and processes was created
  • Root causes of defects identified and eliminated
  • Implemented control and technology procedures
  • Defective product repair shop was improved
  • Defect catalogs were introduced
  • Control plan was developed
  • Procedures were developed: management of nonconforming products, problem-solving, claim management


Results:

  • Net yield increased by 2,5%
  • External claims decreased to 0,5 % of the yield
  • Yearly expenses decreased by 277,6 million rubles
  • Yearly revenue increased by 2 billion rubles
  • Lean Grading increased by 10%, Yield increased by2.5%, Productivity increased by 20%
